QZH Floor Drinking System

QZH Floor Drinking System can supply sufficient clean water for birds. QZH Floor Watering System consists of the following parts: front water supply, drinking system, suspension, regulator, water end parts, and anti-roosting system.

1. Front Water Supply

The front water supply contains a pressure-reducing valve, water meter, and water filter with a diameter of 32mm to provide more water supply, and dose medicine. The application of these devices enables birds to drink the best quality water.

2. Drinking System

The drinking water line is made up of 3 meters of drinking water pipes. All these elements are designed according to the length of the chicken house. The height can be adjusted according to the size of the bird. The single-arm cup allows birds to access the drinking nipple easier, giving the chickens more space to drink.

3. Suspension

The drinking lines are suspended by hangers. You can adjust the height of the water line according to the drinking habits of chickens at different stages of growth. And it can be adjusted to the desired height by hand winch for emptying or cleaning.

4. Regulator

The pressure regulator can be installed in the front or middle of the drinking lines. A transparent display tube with a red float helps one to monitor the water pressure. Different water pressure can satisfy different periods of birds' needs.

5. Water End Parts

The indicating tube is made of durable and anti-resistance plastic. End kits with a flexible transparent tube to display the water level. There are springs around the end kits to avoid damage caused by incorrect operation. Using end kits is convenient to clean the water pipe.

6. Anti-roosting System

Anti-roosting equipment is divided into two types. One is the electric shocker connected to the anti-roosting line on the waterline. When chickens fly on the waterline, the electric shocker will release a weak current instantly so that the chickens cannot stay on the waterline and prevent them from crushing the waterline. The weak current is safe to use and does not cause any harm to chickens or people. The other is an anti-roosting roller installed on the waterline. When the chicken steps on the unique rotating blade of the anti-roost roller, the chicken’s paws will slip and cannot stand. It is easy to install and safe to use.

7. Chick Drinking Bowl

The conveniently disassembled chick drinking bowl provides chicks with drinking water within a week after beak breaking, alleviating the discomfort brought by beak breaking. It is easy to install and disassemble, replacing the traditional vacuum drinking bowl. Reused watering bowl saves labor and reduces storage space.
